Welcome to Bumble Fleur! We're so glad you're here. Below you'll find our comprehensive Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, designed to protect you and our small business. By using our website, services, or booking any of our offerings, you agree to these terms.

🌺 GENERAL BUSINESS INFORMATION

Bumble Fleur, LLC is a floral design studio based in St. Paul, MN, offering floral deliveries, wedding and event flowers, in-person classes, and limited merchandise. We sell directly to both individual consumers and businesses within the U.S. only. We collect sales tax for deliveries and services within Minnesota.

📆 ORDERS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Flower Deliveries:

  • No changes accepted once the order is placed.

  • No refunds after 24 hours.

  • Cancellations must be made with 72 hours' notice.

Private Classes:

  • Cancellations require 2+ weeks’ notice for 85% refund.

  • Less than 2 weeks’ notice = 25% refund.

  • Rescheduling incurs a $125 change fee (2+ weeks’ notice).

Weddings/Events:

  • Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Final payment is due 30 days before event.

  • Late fees apply at $25/day.

  • Artistic license applies; exact flowers cannot be guaranteed.

  • Additional fees may apply for changes, consultations, or installations.

🌐 WEBSITE INTERACTIONS

Users cannot create personal accounts. We use contact and booking forms and collect basic information such as name, email, and phone number. Gift cards are not currently offered.

🔐 PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION

We collect only necessary personal information including name, email, and address. We do not collect health information. Your data is stored securely on platforms like Squarespace, Google Sheets, and Mailchimp.

Third-party tools used:

  • Stripe (payment)

  • Mailchimp (email marketing)

  • Meta Ads + Google Analytics (analytics + advertising)

We do NOT:

  • Sell or share personal data with third parties.

  • Use cookie-based ad retargeting.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

🚚 DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT

Deliveries are available within the Twin Cities metro area at our discretion. We do our best to deliver on time, and if we cannot, we will issue a refund. If the recipient is unavailable, we will try our best to contact them and redeliver if possible.

🎓 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including photos, text, and logos, belongs to Bumble Fleur, LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

🏢 ACCESSIBILITY & INCLUSIVITY

We are proud to offer accessible and inclusive experiences. Please reach out at least 3 weeks prior to any event to discuss accommodations such as seating, interpreters, or visual aids. We believe flowers belong to everyone.

💼 LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

  • Event insurance is recommended and may be required per your event contract.

  • We are not responsible for allergies, fire hazards from candles, or damage due to weather or improper use.

  • Clients must follow all venue policies. Any damage caused by our products or services may result in charges.

  • All disputes will be resolved under Minnesota state law in small claims court.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here.
